Spooky fun was the order of the day at the Pyramid last week when the primary and secondary clubs enjoyed Halloween parties.
Entering into the spirit of the season, young people and staff alike sported some amazing (not to mention kind of scary) fancy dress outfits. They Pyramid itself looked equally fantastic decked out, as it was, in decorations ranging from papier mache ghosts to spider webs and an amazing skeleton handmade by the primary group.
Despite the scary goings on young people and staff had a great time playing Halloween games including a competition to make the best mummy outfit from toilet roll, spooky musical chairs, dooking for apples (a lot of water and a bit of a mess, as you can imagine) and letting their imagination run wild during face painting.
Of course, Halloween wouldn’t be the same without a few treats and everyone seemed to enjoy the crisps, toffee popcorn and fun sized sweets. Thanks to our fantastic young people for getting into the spirit of things and making Halloween such a great occasion. Roll on Christmas……
